Sourced from the Finger Lakes, it was cool-fermented in stainless steel and gently stopped to retain a touch of natural sweetness and aromatic intensity. Floral notes of rose petal and jasmine lead into ripe lychee, apricot, and peach, with a soft, balanced finish layered with hints of honey.
