At City Winery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your package.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
